Terms of Service

1. Who Can Use WeCamino

You must be at least 13 years old to use WeCamino. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian's permission.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please use an accurate name and don't impersonate anyone else.

3. User-Generated Content

WeCamino allows you to post photos, updates, and other content ("Content"). You retain ownership of the Content you create. By posting Content, you grant WeCamino a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that Content within the app for the purpose of operating the service.

You are solely responsible for the Content you post. By using WeCamino, you agree not to post Content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Is abusive, harassing, threatening, or hateful toward any person or group
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others
• Contains spam, unsolicited advertising, or repetitive messages
• Promotes or facilitates illegal activity
• Is otherwise harmful to the WeCamino community

4. Moderation and Enforcement

We want WeCamino to be a welcoming space for pilgrims from all walks of life. To protect our community, we reserve the right to:

• Remove any Content that violates these Terms or that we determine is harmful to the community
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these Terms
• Report illegal activity to the relevant authorities

If you see Content that violates these Terms, please use the in-app report function (tap the flag icon on any post, or the ⋯ menu on any profile). We review all reports and aim to respond within 24 hours.

You may block any user from within their profile at any time. Blocked users will not appear in your feed.

5. Privacy

Your use of WeCamino is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

6. Intellectual Property

WeCamino's name, logo, and original content are the property of WeCamino. You may not use them without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

WeCamino is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. Route and place information in the app is community-sourced and should not be relied upon as a substitute for official Camino guidance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WeCamino is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the app. Continued use of WeCamino after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
